    Today I called the Baltimore County assessment office. Hoping to get some property information since I spent all morning using their website and could not find specific plat lots I assumed would be there under address, or if not, under map/parcel but they were not, although eight of the ten garage lots were. What happened to Lot 9 and Lot 10? So I asked the person on the other end if she could look up a property under ownership. I explained and asked her to look up the ownership since I couldnt do that on their website. Maybe it was lunchtime or maybe she didn't understand my question but I received the most truthful answer ever: " I AIN'T GOT TIME TO DO ALL THAT" and put me on hold. I called back again and the same lady this transferred me to someone else who was a bit more professional able to answer my question although the issue was never resolved.

    My experience with them today was wonderful. I first spoke with someone in the Director's Office who helped me as much as she could and then transferred me to someone else. I then spoke with Ms. Sweat, who was absolutely amazing. She helped me out, gave me the information I needed and next steps. All of this was done over the phone and both persons were professional and more than willing to help me.

    You cannot get through to a person for specific questions, and the automated system disconnects the call. I have been trying to get through for a week.

    a combination between the MVA and Comcast. Employees there act like you're an inconvenience and you don't matter...just gives us your fees and be on your way. Not sure why they have us go from one rep to another when they're right next to each other. On top of that the reps mumble and barely give you eye contact. Trying to get answers on the phone or even online are a joke.
