  Todd & his team were extremely helpful throughout my loan process. From the beginning Todd was more than willing to explain different scenarios and how each would affect my mortgage. In addition, Kim & Ryan were very quick to respond to my many emails and were very patient in answering any questions I had. All in all, working with Secured Funding Corporation was a great experience. They were always professional, friendly and happy to help. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a loan.

  I recently purchased my first house. Todd, Ryan, & Kim made my first experience a great one. They helped me through every step of the way, making it easy for me to learn the home-buying process, while helping me receive AMAZING rates. They were there for me with any and every question I had at a moments notice. It was a pleasure to work with such a hard working & dedicated team.   Quality, service, dependability … Todd's work lives up to company's name--Secured Funding. Todd and his group worked together to inspire my confidence in the process of buying a home. He uses his own algorithm to project costs under different scenarios. The cost projections were right on target with the real costs now that I’m in my new home. In other words, what he said I’d need to pay is what I’m paying for my new place. Todd took the time to answer my questions throughout the process and manages to be both a “numbers person” and a “people person.” Todd holds himself to high standards which works well in this detail-oriented process. I highly recommend him and Secured Funding.
