  I'm leaving one star because of the billing office and not the care I received or the time it took to get it. Both of which I was very happy with. When I arrived, I was asked to fill out and sign the usual paperwork, so I did. Meanwhile the office personnel made copies of my insurance card and driver's license. I returned the paperwork, collected my insurance and ID and paid my co-pay. I was seen promptly and given the proper prescriptions. About a month later, I saw a large charge against my bank account. It was made by Priority Care. I called and was told they don't participate with my insurance provider and I was responsible for paying for the visit. First, my insurance provider is United and one of the largest in the State. Second, they didn't bother sending me a statement explaining the balance owed and why. They instead took it upon themselves to take the money from my account without my knowledge. When I asked how they can do that? They explained that in my paperwork they required me to fill out was a form allowing them to do so. I found this extremely shady and of bad business practice. The manager I spoke with said they should of advised me they didn't accept my insurance before taking my co-pay and that she would reverse the charges and the money was refunded. Here it is at least 8 months now and they did it again!!! Just took the money out again even after the manager said she would not. If that is the way the business portion of this facility is to be run then NO THANKS!!! Keep your money and lose a client.

  They are very fast. I go pretty far out of my way to come here because they have never made me wait more than 5 min. I may be lucky, but after about 8 visits over 3 years, that's been my experience. It's very clean and the staff and dr.s are highly competent and respectful.

  This place absolutely beautiful. The staff is very polite and helpful. The decor really makes your visit at ease. From the complementary coffee and relaxing environment. The rooms, waiting area, bathrooms, and everywhere in general are very clean and organized. I will go out of my way to come here. Great experiece
