- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Had to link my accounts because they told me I had to. I waited an hour to be helped and filled out the paperwork. They incorrectly processed it and then told me I had to come back in to sign a different form. I'm not doing that. If I go in ,it is to close my account.By john Weiman-CPLC, January 24, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Waiting in lines for forty minutes while the large staffs helps people at the teller window, and tells me my issue can only be resolved at a desk. Four people at desks helping one customer and on their phones. I'm here on my lunch break and won't be able to eat now. You've gotta shut this branch down... I ask the tellers for help, bc I just have a general question about using my second checking account, and am told to contact the 800# if I cannot wait longer. Worst service I've experienced from a bank, and I moved from the understaffed Bank of America. This place is over staffed and still no help.By Jason Eberhardt, January 02, 2017
