- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst experience I have ever had at M&T. The customer service was TERRIBLE. My teller, Miss Mason, was extremely rude with her tone and was on her phone throughout my transaction. I had to repeat my questions multiple times because she would not put her phone down. On top of that she was dressed extremely inappropriately and her nose ring was very distracting. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It's very concerning that in this day & age a woman doesn't understand the meaning of the word no. When you go here you will be harassed about opening an account with M&T, no matter how much you don't want one. After saying no several times your teller will go from friendly to rude. Your cash will be roughly shoved under the window and your change will practically be thrown at you. Avoid going to this branch ever if you can and stay away from the wide variety of high fees M&T bank offers for it's "services".
