  Brent is an Expert. As a realtor, it is critical to me that anyone who works with or for my clients be the absolute best in their field, and that's Brent. Mortgages can be complicated, 203k loans even more so. Combine that with the fact that many 203k's are used for short sales and foreclosures, and it becomes even more complicated. You MUST use an experienced 203k/Renovation lender if you want to succeed! Equally important, Brent is always readily-accessible. Even though he is busy coordinating many loans, my clients always feel like they are his only client, and with a renovation loan that is really important. If you use Brent, you will be glad you did.
