  Waiting for 45 in a line with 1 teller but 7 stations. This is a downtown branch? Ridiculous.

  This is by far the absolute worst BOA. Two tellers on pay day with nine deep in a line. Other branches have someone greet you at the door asking if you need help. Just wanted to deposit a check into a BOA account since I don't and will never ever want an account here. Shameful service. Branch needs to be shut down or bring in new staff and let this uncaring group go.

  Walked in at 11:28 am to a line of 6 people with 2 tellers. I was hesitant. I watched Miranda and her colleague chat as a woman who set appt waited (power tripping duly noted). I knew I was in for a treat (read: worst customer service experience ever). After 10 min of no movement and the line remaining 8 people long while the 2 lowly cashiers slaved away while Miranda played (Thank you Kayla) . Miranda sauntered over and asked if anyone was making deposits per BOFA protocol when the line is long do the deposits first lol...instead of helping whoever is next in line. Still unsure about that. Apparently Miranda thought after helping 1 guest that was more than enough assistance as the line held strong at 8 people. She decided to count money lots and lots of money which is hysterical because we also needed money from her. She counted and counted until I couldn't take it anymore. I asked if she could call up more help and she shrugged and said "we only have 2 people today and they'll be with you". 2 people staffed on a Monday in bank where the lunch rush has already begun at a bank where the people work inside of it only have 15 min break. She asked what I needed and I replied a "withdrawal" and I swear she smirked implied, "unfortunate should have bought your debit card then you wouldn't have had to walk into this branch when I'm here counting money while watching my tellers (bc managers possess employees, leaders do not) work very hard and gabbing with my computer worker....I left out of there in utter disgust to say the least but I.was also grateful that my check would no longer be direct deposited into that shared account anymore!!! This branch is led by untrained professionals to say the least. How about we don't count money at 1145 and assist customers...
