- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went to this location today. There was 1 teller and 6 people in line, a banker by the name of Kyle stood behind the teller and didn't say a word or greet any of us in line. After 5 minutes he goes and sits in his cubicle. Another 10 minutes later I finally get up to the teller (now there are 3 people behind me). I tell her I need to change my pin and she says oh you need to see a banker. Well if I would have known that I wouldn't have stood in line for the last 15 minutes waiting for someone. The service is HORRIBLE at this location. Your lack of employees and lack of customer service makes me not even want to bank with Bank of America anymore. I used to work for Wells Fargo in Davenport Iowa and we were a VERY slow bank (10-15 customers a day) and we ALWAYS greeted and made sure the customer was in the correct line they needed to be in to avoid over waiting.By jennifer rains, December 21, 2016
