- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bad experience. Had an expensive musical instrument to ship and employee insisted it had to be double boxed due to its value. This has never happened at any other UPS location when shipping equalivalent instruments and value. Then I told the guy to just box it up in a single box with bubble and peanuts and I'll pay for the packing. He told me that they were closing soon and I'd have to leave it there until Monday (this was Saturday). Unacceptable and terrible service. I drive down 29 to the UPS Store in Normandy Woods and they single boxed it and took care of shipping. Said they had no idea what the guy was talking about with double boxing.
