- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Good afternoon -- I'm trying to reach Hafeeza Dukes or another escalations bank manager regarding a very important bank claim. I was told Hafeeza would call me back on Tuesday but I have yet to hear from her. I called her home number a few times yesterday but did not get an answer. I spoke with David Cazarex on Monday and he assured me she would call back. Can you please ask her to call me asap? I truly appreciate your help. I an EXTREMELY upset. I am planning to visit my local bank centers everyday next week and hold a peaceful protest until this matter is resolved. Please escalate this matter asap!! I will also be contacting an attorney to further investigate my dispute with your bank and to seek court action to get the telephone record that supports my complaint.
